Munyonyo based Jean Sseninde United Sports Club have fired four times against Mama Teo FC in their last home game of the 2023 Makindye Fifth Division Football League.

Infront of a sizeable crowd at the St.Stephens Church Playgrounds, hosts Jean Sseninde United Sports Club secured their future early with scoring two quick goals in the first ten minutes of normal time and added two more in the last stanza to complete a 4-0 mauling over Mama Teo FC.

Determination and Aggressiveness was what the starting Eleven Red Ants portrayed as Beni Zihalirwa got work cut in the 4th minute by banging in a good ball from Raymond Owachgiu.

The latter doubled the Teams’ lead as he capitalized from Mama Teo FC’s goalkeeping error in the eighth minute.

Visitors, Mama Teo FC gathered efforts and called the hosts’ Goalkeeper Jorum Sekyene to a master save in the 40th minute.The efforts though, didn’t yield any fruit has Jean Sseninde United Sports Club went to interval with a 2-0 lead.

In the second stanza,the Red Ants’ technical bench called on for fresh legs introducing Mark Semakula on for Derrick Ssenyonjo.

This totally paid up as pressure kept mounting on the visitors and in what could be the third goal,Rahman Aniku’s power-shot was denied by the woodwork in the 55th minute.

Moses Kaggwa,Martin Okolimong and Emma Bogere came on for Raymond Owachgiu,Roger Seruwu and Saysol Rajab in the other substitutions for the Red Ants and it called for more fire from the armoury.

Not later,Ibrah Mubiru headed in from a good corner kick by Moses Kaggwa to make it three  and Beni Zihalirwa picked a brace and the Teams’ fourth by slotting past the helpless opponents’ Goalkeeper.

The win pushes Jean Sseninde United Sports Club to 32 points collected from 16 games in their debut season as Mama Teo FC remain stranded in 7th with 18 points waiting action next Tuesday.
