Kenyan politician, Raila Odinga has Thursday evening held talks with President Yoweri Museveni in Kampala, a couple of months to Kenya’s presidential elections.

The meeting, according to President Museveni, was at Entebbe State House where they discussed various issues of mutual concern.

“I received Rt. Hon. @RailaOdinga, who paid me a courtesy call at State House Entebbe this evening. We discussed a wide range of issues concerning our two countries. I welcome him,” writes Museveni on Twitter.

Odinga who is the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya presidential flag-bearer, is the most preferred candidate for the presidency in August 9 presidential polls. He recently named Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua as his running mate.

It is not clear whether his visit is related to the forthcoming elections.
