Balaam Barugahara awarded Honorary Doctorate by U.S University for impacting lives

Businessman, Balaam Barugahara, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Zoe life Theological College, USA for changing and impacting lives of Ugandans.

This was at the 2nd graduation ceremony that started with a procession of the chancellor, at Sheraton Hotel, Kampala on Tuesday, and with Hon Beatrice Atim Anywar who representing the Speaker of Parliament of Uganda as Chief Guest.

The main celebrant was HE Ambassador Archbishop Prof. Dr. Innocent Nkozi Richard the chancellor ZOE Life Theological College USA/ African Campus.

“Zoe life Theological College, USA recognized Mr Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi’s vast contribution to the socio-economic transformation of Uganda through his business ventures and philanthropy that have had an impact even across the Ugandan borders, and has awarded him an Honorary Hoctorate in Humanity,” says the School.

Balaam is an events manager and an accomplished businessman. He is the propriety of Balaam Marketing and Promotion Agency and other proprietorships including two radio stations in Uganda and another in South Sudan, a water bottling company in Juba, South Sudan and a five-star hotel in Masindi, among other establishments.

He is a devoted member of rotary club in Muyenga Tank Hill and has been a member if Uganda Red Cross Society since 1998.

He holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Majoring in Marketing) from Makerere University and a Masters of Business from Cavendish University College.

Through his expansive business empire, Balaam Barugahara has impacted many lives. He has created jobs for many jobless youth and professionals.

He has contributed greatly to the economic shape of Uganda and the East African region as a whole through his diverse business investments that are spread across the East African region.
